Our Apprentices

Each year all our new apprentices sit their skills test at the end of their training. Every year we have had an excellent success rate. To show our appreciation of this each apprentice receives a monetary reward when they pass.
Throughout their training our appentices are encouraged to continue their studies beyond SVQ level towards their HNC (higher national certificate).

All of our potential apprentices are interviewed formally. This gives us the opportunity to see if they are ready to be part of our team.
Our criteria for apprentice selection is comprehensive however it continues to respond to meet our growing business needs.
